K&K Masonry, Inc.


			K&K Masonry, Inc. is an open shop commercial contractor. We have been in business since 1993. We currently employ 41 people offering both health insurance and a Simple IRA to full-time employees. We are members of the Mason Contractors Association of Eastern Nebraska, support the Nebraska Masonry Institute and are founding members of the Mason Training Institute by which we train our bricklayers. Our direct connection to NMI helps to alleviate many design issues before they impact a project. K&K Masonry, Inc. owns multiple Lull forklifts and several scaffold systems, including Hydro-Mobile hydraulic platforms. Our flexibility allows us to build projects in all ranges of sizes and complexity. We have an ongoing Safety Training Program and our insurance mod factor is a .75. Bond cost is 1%.
